The man behind the Group. It is for his vision and dynamic leadership that Aditya Group today stands tall and high, serving millions of people in various sectors.
Though from a family of business background, he chose to be different, drifting away from the core family business. He presented himself as the first generation business man venturing into unknown territories – and achieving them.

From 1984 when he started the journey of Aditya Group till his last day in office in 2014, Mr. Aditya lead from the front and built up the empire brick by brick under his very close vigilant eyes.
From trading in marble to real estate, from medical to education, and finally entertainment, he ensured that Aditya Group marched on its way to success and reached out to the cross-sections of the society that was in the most need.

It is due to his philanthropic initiatives contributing towards the betterment of Society that won him many awards and recognition including the Mother Teresa International Award (Posthumous) which was collected by his eldest son Anirban Aditya, present Chairman of Aditya Group.
Mr. Aditya has left behind not only a massive business empire but a legacy that touches millions of hearts all over.

Mr. Anirban Aditya

Chairman – Aditya Group

Graduate from University of Wales, Cardiff, UK, Anirban had to take over the charge of Aditya Group perhaps much earlier than one could have ever anticipated. Taking over the responsibility of running close to one thousand families at a crisis situation, and at the young age of 26 years was never going to be easy. However, Anirban turned this disadvantage (to many) into his strength and lead the Group from front and took it out of its immediate crisis.

Once the Group found steady and firm ground there has been no looking back. What Anirban brought to the organisation was his international exposure and freshness of thoughts together with his zeal to turn aspirations to reality. Continuing with his father’s legacy within this short time frame he ensures that the Group expands exponentially. It is his vision that the Group has now gone global.

The Group takes complete care of their boarding, lodging, education, health and welfare so that they can concentrate on their sports without having to worry about anything else. Such is when he spotted Iqra Rasool in a news channel and got her to Kolkata from Baramulla, a distant town of Kashmir close to India-Pakistan borders to help fulfill her dream of representing Indian Women’s Cricket team in future.

His concept and vision of EduSports – combining Education and Sports, has not only been accepted and praised but has caught everyone’s imagination. EduSports is all set to revolutionize both Education and Sports in India. It is for his exceptional management skills, administrative principles and smart expansion policies that the Group is now looking to consolidate its past and present and take the quantum leap forward.

Mr. Ankit Aditya

Vice Chairman – Aditya Group

Mr. Ankit Aditya, Vice Chairman of Aditya Group, is a key figure infusing elegance, style, and flamboyance into the organization. With a background in Sound Engineering and Film Production from London, Ankit brings a unique artistic perspective that has propelled the group into diverse creative spaces beyond film production.

In addition to his contributions to the entertainment sector, Ankit actively supports the Real Estate & Hospitality wing. Renowned for his avant-garde vision, Ankit Aditya stays abreast of cutting-edge trends, serving as the driving force behind the Aditya Group’s continuous innovation. His commitment to staying ahead of the curve ensures that the group maintains a pioneering position within its diverse industries.

Mrs. Roshni Aditya

Managing Director – Aditya Group

Mrs. Roshni Aditya, the Managing Director of Aditya Group, not only plays a crucial role in overseeing the philanthropic initiatives of the Group but also actively contributes to its diversified business portfolio. With a strong commitment to philanthropy, Roshni ensures that the Group’s charitable endeavors are not only on the right track but also implemented effectively. Her personal involvement and meticulous attention guarantee that beneficiaries receive their entitled benefits, reflecting the family’s rich legacy of giving back to society.

In addition to her philanthropic responsibilities, Roshni takes charge of the Hospitality segment of the Group. Under her leadership, this segment has experienced dynamic growth. Roshni’s influence extends to the education sector, where she oversees the largest school canteen operations in town, catering to nearly nine thousand children across various units of the Group’s schools.

Beyond her business roles, Mrs. Roshni Aditya prioritizes the well-being and potential growth of every employee within the organization. Mrs.Roshne Pradhan Aditya

Director – Aditya Group

Introducing the dynamic force behind the innovative designs and visionary approach at Grandly, Ms. Roshne Pradhan Aditya stands as a creative luminary in the world of architecture and design. Her journey took a significant turn in 2020 when she, alongside her husband, Mr. Ankit Aditya, Vice Chairman of Aditya Group India, founded Grandly—an Architecture and Design firm based in Kolkata.

As the Creative Director of Grandly, Roshne is not just a design luminary; she is the keeper of equilibrium within the group. Her unique touch lies in the delicate balance she achieves between the traditional and the contemporary. With a profound understanding of the intricacies of design, Roshne introduces a fresh perspective to the group, infusing each project with a vibrant blend of old-world charm and modern innovation.

Mrs. Sabita Saha

Hon. Director – School Education

Mrs. Sabita Saha has been inducted in the Board of Directors for Aditya Group as Honourary Director- School Education along with her present responsibilities as the Chief Administrator. Mrs. Saha has been associated with the Group for the past 25 years. From joining as a teacher way back in 1994 to the Chief Administrator and now most deservingly as the Honourary Director, School Education, she has been an epitome of integrity and trust all these years.

She has a constructive approach to work and steadfastly pushes self and others for results. She has actively involved herself with the administration and academic enhancement of students in all the Aditya Group of Schools with her exemplary functional skills.

As Honourary Director- School Education, she clearly assigns responsibility, sets clear objectives, monitors progress, designs feedback, inspires and motivates staff and students in her own style and charm. She fosters a climate of inclusion where diverse thoughts are freely shared and integrated. She uses her vast experience and analytical skills to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.

Ms. Sumana Saha

Over 33 years of experience in teaching English literature, Ms. Sumana Saha’s distinguished career includes roles at renowned institutions such as St. Augustine’s Day School, Calcutta Girls’ High School, DPS Newtown, and Indus Valley World School. A graduate of Scottish Church College, she is deeply committed to academic excellence and student success.
